Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TimeOpera, including the TimeOpera website, onboarding experiences, application services, training resources, support services, and TimeOpera Assistant.
TimeOpera is a product of Reality-Craft Private Limited.
By accessing or using TimeOpera, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you are using TimeOpera on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TimeOpera.
1. About TimeOpera
TimeOpera is a Microsoft 365-aligned project time operations platform for:
- Project timesheets
- Worklogs
- Project assignments
- Approval workflows
- Reporting
- Invoice preparation and invoice-ready work
- Role-based visibility
- Guided onboarding
- Training and support
- Read-only role-aware AI assistance through TimeOpera Assistant
TimeOpera is designed to work with Microsoft 365 services such as Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 Copilot-enabled experiences where applicable.
2. Company information
TimeOpera is operated by:
Reality-Craft Private Limited

3. Customer environment and Microsoft 365 requirements
TimeOpera requires a customer-managed Microsoft 365 environment.
To use TimeOpera, your organization may need to:
- Install or deploy the TimeOpera package
- Complete Microsoft 365 admin consent
- Configure a SharePoint workspace site for TimeOpera business data
- Grant selected SharePoint site access
- Approve required Microsoft 365 permissions
- Configure users, roles, projects, and access
- Configure notifications or mailbox settings where applicable
- Enable TimeOpera Assistant where supported and desired
- Maintain Microsoft 365 licensing and service availability needed for TimeOpera features
You are responsible for your Microsoft 365 tenant, accounts, permissions, policies, security settings, retention settings, and administrator decisions.
4. Onboarding
TimeOpera includes a guided onboarding flow to help administrators configure the service.
The onboarding process may include:
- Customer details
- Microsoft 365 admin consent
- Configured SharePoint workspace site validation
- Selected SharePoint site access authorization
- Notification mailbox validation
- TimeOpera app package installation
- API permission approval
- TimeOpera provisioning
- User sync and role assignment
- Optional Microsoft Teams setup
- Optional TimeOpera Assistant enablement for eligible environments
- Training and support guidance
Onboarding may require administrator permissions. You are responsible for ensuring that the person completing onboarding has appropriate authority.
TimeOpera onboarding is designed to be permission-conscious and transparent. For SharePoint business data, TimeOpera is designed around the configured TimeOpera SharePoint workspace site rather than broad access across every SharePoint site in the tenant.
5. TimeOpera business records
Your real TimeOpera business records - including timesheets, projects, tasks, categories, notes, approvals, invoices, invoice-preparation data, and related reports - are stored in the configured TimeOpera SharePoint workspace site in your Microsoft 365 tenant.
TimeOpera does not maintain a separate external application database containing your real timesheet, project, task, category, note, approval, invoice, or invoice-preparation records.
TimeOpera-managed services may store operational metadata such as tenant registration, onboarding status, setup status, licensing status, configuration references, onboarding/support state, service operation metadata, and diagnostic information. This metadata is used to operate, secure, support, and maintain the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of your business records and for managing access to those records in your Microsoft 365 environment.
6. TimeOpera Assistant
TimeOpera Assistant is a read-only, role-aware AI assistant for TimeOpera data. It helps users ask natural-language questions about timesheets, projects, approvals, reports, utilization, worklogs, access, and invoice readiness.
TimeOpera Assistant:
- Provides read-only answers
- Follows TimeOpera role and project assignment visibility
- Does not submit timesheets
- Does not approve or reject timesheets
- Does not create, update, send, export, or delete records
- Does not bypass access controls
Assistant availability depends on tenant configuration, Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, administrator enablement, and TimeOpera Assistant setup.
You are responsible for deciding whether to enable TimeOpera Assistant, which users should have access, and whether your organization’s internal policies allow the use of AI-assisted features.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TimeOpera to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, tenants, or data
- Circumvent security, licensing, role, or access controls
- Use TimeOpera Assistant to request data you are not authorized to access
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or written agreement
- Use the service in a way that harms TimeOpera, Reality-Craft Private Limited, other customers, Microsoft 365 services, or third-party systems
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, security is at risk, payment or licensing obligations are not met, or continued access may cause harm.

Typical support response wording on the website may state that we respond within a few business hours during business days. This is a target response expectation, not a guaranteed service level agreement, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides an SLA.
Training materials may include public overview videos, role-based training resources, or a training library provided by request.

We may improve, update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
We aim to preserve core customer workflows and avoid unnecessary disruption, but we may make changes for security, reliability, compliance, product improvement, Microsoft platform changes, or operational reasons.
Some features may depend on Microsoft 365 availability, Microsoft APIs, Microsoft licensing, administrator consent, tenant configuration, or third-party service availability.
12. Customer content and ownership
You retain ownership of your customer content and business records.
We do not claim ownership of your timesheets, projects, worklog notes, approvals, invoices, invoice-preparation records, or other customer business records.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to provide, support, secure, maintain, and improve TimeOpera, including processing operational metadata, responding to support requests, and enabling integrations requested by your organization.

15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect TimeOpera systems and operational information.
You are responsible for securing your Microsoft 365 tenant, accounts, administrator permissions, devices, networks, internal access policies, and user behavior.
No service is completely secure. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, security misuse, or a compromised account related to TimeOpera.
16. Third-party services
TimeOpera depends on Microsoft 365 and may integrate with Microsoft services such as Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 Copilot-enabled experiences where applicable.
Your use of Microsoft services is governed by your agreements with Microsoft.
We are not responsible for Microsoft service outages, API changes, licensing changes, tenant restrictions, admin consent decisions, or other third-party platform issues outside our control.
17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
TimeOpera is not a full accounting, payroll, tax, ERP, legal, compliance, or financial advisory system. Invoice-preparation features are intended to help organize approved billable time and related records. You are responsible for reviewing invoices, tax settings, billing decisions, legal requirements, and financial records.
