Yes. Both TimeOpera plans require a minimum purchase of five licensed users.

With yearly billing:

  • TimeOpera starts at $300 per year.
  • TimeOpera AI starts at $420 per year.

With monthly billing:

  • TimeOpera starts at $30 per month.
  • TimeOpera AI starts at $40 per month.

A licensed user is an active named user who can access TimeOpera or TimeOpera Assistant.

Licensed users may include:

  • Timesheet Users
  • Project Managers
  • Finance Admins
  • Administrators
  • Other active named users who access TimeOpera

The following do not count as licensed users:

  • Shared mailboxes
  • Service principals
  • Application identities

Yes. Administrators can manage licensed users as the team changes. The number of active licensed users cannot exceed the number of seats purchased. Additional seats can be purchased when required.

Write actions continue to be performed through the standard TimeOpera application.

Operational TimeOpera business data is stored in the configured SharePoint site within your Microsoft 365 environment.

TimeOpera also uses centrally hosted services for secure application processing, onboarding, tenant validation, licensing and limited operational metadata.

Yes. TimeOpera is designed for organizations using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft products are licensed separately and are not ✔ in the TimeOpera subscription.

Compatible Microsoft licensing may be required depending on the TimeOpera features the customer wants to use.

No. Microsoft 365 Copilot is only required for users who access TimeOpera Assistant through supported Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences.

Users of the standard TimeOpera application do not need a Copilot license solely to use TimeOpera’s core timesheet, approval, reporting or invoicing functionality.

Standard onboarding guidance, setup documentation and email support are ✔.

TimeOpera is being prepared for Microsoft Marketplace availability. Until then, customers can start a guided evaluation or contact sales for purchase options.
Customers can move from TimeOpera to TimeOpera AI when they want to enable the AI assistant. Plan changes and billing adjustments will follow the purchasing channel and subscription terms used by the customer.
TimeOpera AI includes reasonable interactive use of TimeOpera Assistant. Unusually high-volume, automated or non-standard usage may require an Enterprise agreement. TimeOpera will not display token-based charges for normal interactive use under the standard plan.
