Yes. TimeOpera requires a minimum purchase of five licensed users at our flat rate of $1.95/user/month.

With yearly billing:

With monthly billing:

A licensed user is an active named user who can access TimeOpera or TimeOpera Assistant.

Licensed users may include:

The following do not count as licensed users:

Write actions continue to be performed securely through the standard TimeOpera application.

Operational TimeOpera business data is stored in the configured SharePoint site within your Microsoft 365 environment.

TimeOpera also uses centrally hosted services for secure application processing, onboarding, tenant validation, licensing and limited operational metadata.

Yes. TimeOpera is built for organizations using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.

No. Microsoft 365 Copilot is only required for users who interact with TimeOpera Assistant through Microsoft 365 Copilot chat experiences.

Team members using TimeOpera for standard timesheet entry, project logging, approvals, and reporting do not require a Microsoft Copilot license.

TimeOpera AI includes reasonable interactive use of TimeOpera Assistant for all licensed users. There are no token counters or surprise overages for regular interactive business queries. Unusually high-volume automated scripts may be subject to enterprise fair-use guidelines.
