Guided onboarding

Guided onboarding that respects your Microsoft 365 environment

TimeOpera onboarding is designed to be clear, permission-conscious, and support-assisted. Your administrator connects Microsoft 365, validates the configured SharePoint site collection, and initializes TimeOpera through a guided setup flow.

Walkthrough

Onboarding video walkthrough

Watch this short walkthrough to see the step-by-step process of connecting and configuring TimeOpera in your Microsoft 365 environment.

Why onboarding uses separate security steps

Transparent setup over hidden setup

TimeOpera onboarding separates Microsoft admin consent, configured SharePoint site authorization, notification mailbox validation, provisioning, and optional Assistant enablement so administrators can review each access boundary before the service is activated.

This approach helps keep TimeOpera aligned with least-privilege Microsoft 365 access instead of requesting broad tenant-wide SharePoint access by default.

What administrators can expect

  • Configured SharePoint site collection access for TimeOpera business data
  • Permission-conscious Microsoft 365 onboarding
  • User sync and role assignment support
  • Human onboarding help by email
