πŸ‘‹ Hello! I am the TimeOpera Assistant, running securely inside your Microsoft Teams / Microsoft 365 environment.

Core promise

Fast answers. Clear scope. No write actions.

TimeOpera Assistant is designed for practical business questions, not generic chat. It helps users understand what they logged, what is missing, what needs approval, which projects are active, where effort is going, and what work is ready for finance review.

Read-only guarantee

TimeOpera Assistant is designed for read-only information lookup. It does not submit timesheets, approve or reject entries, create or send invoices, update records, export data, or delete information.

Access model

The Assistant follows TimeOpera visibility rules. A Timesheet User sees their own timesheets and worklogs. A Timesheet Approver sees assigned approval queues. A Finance Admin sees finance and invoice-preparation information where allowed. Administrators receive broader visibility only where their role allows.

Availability note

TimeOpera Assistant availability depends on tenant configuration, Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, and TimeOpera Assistant enablement.
